Microsoft 365 Copilot

Microsoft 365 Copilot is the AI assistant built directly into Microsoft Teams. Even though a lot of people don’t like it, it is the simplest option for many organizations that already use Microsoft 365. There’s no setup, third-party tools to invite, or extra permissions to manage. 

However, its native integration is also its biggest limitation. Copilot only works inside Microsoft 365, and you’re locked into Microsoft’s way of doing things. Generating summaries is easy, but overall, Copilot is much less flexible than standalone AI note-takers like Plaud.
