- Amazon Aurora Serverless, Amazon MSK, and Amazon ElastiCache for a serverless, real-time processing pipeline

At the heart of Plaud is world-class voice processing. Plaud implemented Amazon Bedrock, a fully managed service that provides access to multiple foundation models through a single API.

- Update or evolve models with minimal code changes
This flexibility means Plaud can keep improving contextual understanding and intelligence extraction as AI advances—without slowing down the product roadmap.
