EDM Welcome Flow

This is an exclusive offer for purchasing a Plaud device through this page. You receive a one-time transcription add-on with 600 free transcription minutes, giving you extra transcription time on top of your existing usage.

No, this is a standalone transcription pack, not a recurring membership. It adds a fixed quota of 600 minutes to your account without changing your current plan status or membership benefits.

If you subscribe to a Pro or Unlimited Plan later, you will simply gain additional monthly minutes and advanced AI features on top of this add-on.

After you place an order for a device on this page, an activation code will be sent separately to the email address you provided during checkout.

To start using the 600 transcription minutes:

• Open the Plaud App (ensure you are on the latest version).
• Go to your account profile and find the activation portal.
• Enter your activation code to activate the transcription add-on

Once activated, the minutes will be added to your account automatically.

For more details and step-by-step guidance, visit our Support Center.

Once you redeem your activation code in thePlaud App, the minutes are instantly bound to your account. You can utilize them across Plaud App, Plaud Web, and Plaud Desktop, giving you access to your intelligence wherever you work.

Yes. The 600 transcription minutes work seamlessly with your Plaud device and can also be used when accessing your recordings on Plaud Desktop. As long as your device is bound to your Plaud account, the transcription minutes will be available for use.

If you already have a Plaud AI membership, the system will prioritize using your monthly membership quota first.

Once you exhaust your monthly limit, the system will automatically start using the 600-minute transcription add-on, no manual switching required.

The validity period of the 600 transcription minutes begins on the day you activate the code in the Plaud App, not the day you purchase the device.

For example, if you activate the transcription add-on today, the validity period will start today.

If you activate multiple transcription add-ons, their validity periods can be stacked.
