As a therapist notes are the bane of my existence. Having to take my attention away from my clients, and then spending time after the session to summarize, plan for the next session, and send out pertinent information to the client.

I was hesitant and a bit scared of trying it at first. I read every review, messaged the site several times about HIPAA certifications and how the AI worked (in layman's terms, of course), before taking the chance. I am so glad that I took the leap.

A little research on how to prep for the AI and using some (already stellar) note templates as a base I was able to have the PLAUD NOTE and APP produce absolutely great notes! I always have the note list the techniques we use and the steps that we went over. I send this list to my clients to help them practice between session. The AI also give me a TO DO list when I say that I will do something for my client between sessions (like worksheets or articles for them to read).

I have talked to several other therapists who are looking at using one with their work.

I have started using Plaud to record some of my conversations. I could use some help in understanding how to use those recordings and how to integrate them into our systems at this point I feel like I’m recording things and I have recordings, but I don’t really know how to maximize Them. If there’s any kind of directions or trainings that could go on to help someone like me who doesn’t understand all this completely that would be great.
