1. What services are included in PLAUD's Worry-Free Purchase?

PLAUD's Worry-Free Purchase service guarantees protection against package delivery delays, package loss, and package damage. The specific terms are as follows:
  • For package loss, PLAUD will arrange replacement or refund:
    • When your package has not been delivered 30 days after shipment, it is considered lost;
    • When your package's logistics status shows as delivered, but you have not received it, it is considered porch theft.
  • For package damage, PLAUD will arrange replacement or refund:
    • When the items you receive have obvious breakage, fracture, bending (if the item cannot be bent), crushing, or other conditions that render them unusable, or if there are product color errors.
  • For package delivery delays, PLAUD will provide you with $5 cash compensation:
    • When your package is not delivered according to the promised timeframe, it is considered delayed.
    • The promised delivery time for each country is as follows.
  • Compensation does not apply in the following cases:

    1. Delays due to uncontrollable factors (e.g., severe weather).

    2. Buyers in niche countries may need to assist with customs clearance.

    3. Incorrect addresses may require pickup or a corrected address for re-delivery.

2. Requirements for consulting PLAUD support:

  • For package loss claims or replacement requests, if the logistics information shows delivery, submit within 7 days after the logistics status shows delivered;
  • For package damage claims or replacement requests, submit within 7 days after the logistics status shows delivered;
  • For delayed delivery compensation requests, submit them 30 days after the order is shipped.


3. What materials are required when applying for Worry-Free Purchase?

  • For product loss:
    • Logistics order showing product loss;
    • When your package has not been delivered 30 calendar days after shipment, it is considered lost;
    • When your package's logistics status shows as delivered but you have not received it, it is considered porch theft, and you need to provide one of the following proofs:
      • Loss certificate provided by the logistics company
      • Relevant on-site video evidence
      • Police report
  • For product damage:
    • Product outer packaging (must include logistics label photo), inner packaging (if any);
    • Photos of the damaged parts.
  • For product delayed delivery: No materials are required; simply contact support@plaud.ai.
