Data is processed via Plaud's AI pipelines on a US-West AWS instance, with regional clouds in the EU, Singapore, and Japan coming soon. Plaud is fully compliant with ISO27001/27701, GDPR, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and EN18031.

No, not for the AI subscription. But they will need to get a Plaud device, which they can buy directly or get through you. API pricing is coming soon - contact us to learn more.
